Already an award-winning home featured in various magazines, many aspects
of the lighting and control system in this home have been improved. New items
have been added to the automation system including a Weather Station and
more lighting control.

The Home Theater shares space with a true '50's-Style
Diner. Full control of the Theater components and
lighting is provided for using multiple Crestron touch
panels placed strategically around the room.

The Family Room has its own dedicated Theater area
where the family can spend time together.

Whether for an after-movie snack or entertaining, the
Diner is just steps away from the Theater area.

A Crestron touch panel adds complete control while in
the Kitchen.

The equipment racks hold all of the components that
control the various systems within the house. Future
modifications are simple thanks to easy access to the
rear of the components.

Daytime lighting in the Conservatory is provided
naturally through the abundant windows. In the evening,
the multi-leveled lighting can be adjusted to different
scenes with a single press on a touchpanel.

The Dining Room's touchpanel and speakers add a nice
touch during a meal.
