We offer service on all of the systems we install, and even on some we don't.
Should you experience issues, we will arrange to find the problem and take
care of it. The owner's manual that we provide with our systems will answer
most user-related questions. We ask that you check it first for a possible
solution.

Any charges for service visits will be on a call-by-call basis, and discussed
when we are contacted. We will do our best to avoid any charges when
possible, but there may be times when items are outside of the scope of the
original work performed or do not fall under our area of responsibilty.

If you require service on a system we did not sell or install, we will be happy to
arrange a visit. We do charge for these calls, and cannot guarantee that we
will be able to directly deal with any manufacturer's warranty issues. In that
type of situation, we can arrange to remove and then reinstall the component/s
after they have been repaired. Transfer to and from the manufacturer and and
any cost involved is the responsibility of the customer.

Various types of equipment require occassional cleaning or adjustment to
maintain a certain level of performance. Also, several components we use may
benefit from software updates on occasion. Based on the components in your
system, we may offer to arrange a maintenance plan.
