There are several necessary steps in system design, but one of the most
important is knowing what the client will expect from the system.

We arrange to meet with you to discuss your expectations, to find out how the
system will be used and any preferences you might have. We may make
suggestions that never came to mind or pass along information as to exciting
new products available.

Depending on the scope of the project, additional meetings or contact through
e-mail or by telephone may be necessary to finalize details.

Once the system design concept has been approved, a proposal for the
project will be generated.

If the project is new construction, or involves many phases of installation, we
may ask for a written copy of the project timeframe. This allows us to
schedule installation times and order product in advance to reduce delays.
