About This Project

General
This is Stage Two of planned renovations for the residence. The major changes included moving / removing walls to extend the original Summer Kitchen. A pizza oven, grill and all of the necessary accessories were added to the new space.

Based on future plans for expansion, a small space used as an exercise room was changed into a new Pool Table and Bar area. This included removing walls and everything involved with it.

Lighting
All of the new lighting associated with the renovations were connected to the Crestron Lighting System.

Audio / Video
Video feeds from the Crestron PVID 8X4 video processor were used for the new flat-screen televisions located in both the Pool Table area and Pizza Oven / Kitchen space.

Audio zones were added to the Pizza Oven and Kitchen areas which allow any of the sources in the house to be selected.
